- Your mission is to grow and scale strategic partnerships with the financial and professional services sector, with a
strong focus on the European insurance sector, actively shape Climeworks’ offering and value proposition, and position
Climeworks as the leading CDR company to our prospects & stakeholders.
Sales gameplan:
- You develop and implement a comprehensive roadmap and game plan to sustainably win key financial and professional
services customers (With a focus on the insurance sector), in line with Climeworks’ ambitious goals and vertical
strategy.
- You lead the sales process end-to-end from identifying prospects to crafting long-term partnership proposals,
contract negotiation and management of existing customers.
- You develop innovative solutions to address key customer needs and drive engagement.
Build customer relationship & forge industry alliances:
- You build and nurture relationships with Sustainability executives & C-level at our top European prospects and
leverage your network to access and engage key decision-makers.
- You develop a network of alliances and influencers to advance the funnel and position Climeworks as the strongest
industry partner.
- You represent Climeworks at high-profile industry events & speaking engagements.
Work as one team :
- You contribute to a high-energy, entrepreneurial and team-oriented culture, foster collaboration across the vertical
team and cross-functional units (eg: Finance, Science, Legal, Policy, etc.) to improve customer conversion and value
proposition.
