We are looking for a Strategic Account Manager (SAM) to join our Group and directly influence our global success, as
you will nurture impactful relationships with our valued partners in the metals industry. The position will be based in
Austria, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, or the Netherlands.

this role, the SAM partners with key clients to support mutual growth and success. You will work closely with customers
to understand their evolving needs and collaborate across teams to deliver tailored solutions. The metals industry is

Which tasks will you perform?
You will:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to key clients, understanding their needs and working together to implement solutions
that drive transformation in their operations.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering trust and cooperation for long-term success.
- Collaborate across Endress+Hauser teams to ensure exceptional support and service, exceeding client expectations.
- Contribute to company and client success by achieving mutual performance objectives and crafting joint strategies
for sustainable growth.
- Lead the development of tailored solutions by leveraging diverse expertise across the company, delivering innovative
automation and instrumentation that meets the precise needs of the metals industry.
What do we expect from you?
Basic qualifications:
- A Bachelor of Science, preferably in Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of sales experience.
- Experience in strategic account management and business development, with a focus on building long-term partnerships.
- Skilled in strategic thinking and delivering results that contribute to shared success.
- Able to inspire and guide teams across multicultural, multinational, and matrix organizations, without direct
management authority.
- Proficient in English (fluency required).
- Willing to travel internationally, with flexibility to balance professional and personal commitments.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA degree.
- Knowledge of the metals industry.
