Your place of work:Stans, Schweiz
Your Tasks
- Processing and coordinating spare parts orders from Subsidiaries and Service Centers
- Monitoring of parts availability within the global Pilatus network
- Responding to spare parts related queries
- Interfacing between internal departments such as logistics, procurement, accounting, export compliance, engineering
etc.
- Processing of spare parts offers
With this you convince us
- Technical or commercial education
- Customer Service experience, especially in aviation considered as a plus
- Experienced with ERPs preferably SAP
- English level B2
- Ability to prioritize as required by urgency and taking ownership as well as naturally manage your stakeholders
- Working independently but being a team player at the same time
