Your tasks:
- Lead and execute process improvement initiatives using lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Foster a systematic approach to identify levers to generate business impact
- Execute projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within budget
- Develop and track KPIs to measure the progress and success of operational excellence initiatives
- Close collaboration and change management with operators up to the plant manager
- Create reports and presentations for upper management on the status of organizational excellence initiatives
Your profile:
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field
- At least 5 years in process improvements, in manufacturing, in production or in a consultancy environment, with some
leadership experience
- Experience in leading and implementing process improvements to execution
- Project management skills and analytical and problem-solving skills
- Communication and change management skills
- German and English on an excellent level is a must
- Ability to travel 20% (mainly Switzerland)
- Permission to work in Switzerland (at least an EU citizenship or already a work permit for Switzerland is needed)
