Focus: Transform Side of the Business and Unlocking Opportunities in the DSO Segment
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Program Leader to drive transformative initiatives within our
Enterprise Solutions division across the EMEA region. This role is pivotal in identifying and unlocking growth
opportunities for Straumann group in the Enterprise customer segment.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and lead the execution of business transformation strategies within the Enterprise
Solutions sector, focusing on the DSO market.
Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive
landscape in the DSO sector.
Program Management: Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of multiple projects and programs aimed at
transforming business operations and enhancing client solutions.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners,
and internal teams, to ensure alignment and successful program delivery.
Innovation and Improvement: Drive innovation by identifying process improvements and implementing best practices to
enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of transformation
initiatives and ensure continuous improvement.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, customer
support, and data analytics, to ensure cohesive and integrated program execution.
Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management on program progress, challenges, and achievements, along with
recommendations for future initiatives.
Drive ‘growth’ focused portfolio solutions within EMEA market based on specific country opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field. A
master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- Proven experience in leading business transformation initiatives within the Enterprise Solutions sector, preferably
with a focus on the DSO market and a background in working with software companies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct thorough market analysis and develop
strategic plans.
- Excellent program and project management skills, with a track record of successfully managing complex programs from
inception to completion.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all
levels.
- Innovative mindset with a passion for driving change, exploring new business models, and improving business
operations.
- Creative thinker who can develop and implement innovative solutions.
- Proficiency in using program management tools and software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a matrix organization.
- Willingness to travel within the EMEA region as required.
