Position
Strengthen our team in Switzerland (Baden) with your expertise & experience as
Technical Project Manager SERVICE (m/f)
You are a core-member of the service team and the main source of technical inputs.
Your main responsibility is to define the maintenance activities required to keep the power plant competitive and
reliable for the whole duration of the service contracts. Thanks to your broad knowledge of rotating equipment of
combined cycle power plants you also contribute to the resolution of technical issues and support the tendering
activities for service products.
Your tasks:
Overall scope definition of gas turbine, generators, steam turbines and respective auxiliary systems maintenance
activities for all type of inspections, overhauls and upgrade projects in coordination with dedicated service teams •
Single technical point of contact of customers • Involving and coordinating specialists and engineering resources based
on need • Actively contribute to the resolution of all types of fleet and site specific technical issues • Technical
support during inspection execution • Ensure completeness and correctness of the delivered technical documentation •
Contribute to the improvement of the effectiveness and efficiency of the maintenance planning and technical support
processes • Contribute to the improvement of the effectiveness of the Service Engineering and Product management team
and processes • Contribute to EHS targets.
Requirements
Your profile:
University degree in Engineering or equivalent education • Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering, erection,
commissioning, or service of Combined Cycle power plants •Knowledge of gas turbine main components and operation
principles, preferrablly GT26 and GT36 • Experience in field service of power stations is desirable • Experience in
operation and maintenance of power stations is desirable • Proven Project Management skills: focus, structure,
organization, discipline, planning, collaboration & coordination, prioritization, sticking to deadlines and
commitments, negotiations • Analytical, result-driven, and proactive way of working and acting • Communicative team
player with intercultural competence • Stress resistant • Open to answer customers outside of working hours • Willing
to travel up to 10% of the time to customer sites • Excellent command of English, further knowledge of
Italian/German/French would be an asset.
