Your Tasks
- Act as software project lead, liaise with project system engineers on a technical level to ensure correct software
requirement capturing, traceability, and testabilit
- Design, manage and implement to completion the software components (CSCIs) for ground-based training systems such as
back-end services for Windows and Linux platforms, as well as front-end multi-platform development and web application
- Production of software tests, test procedures and documentation for the implemented software components
- Perform validation & verification activities in support to the V&V engineering team
- Coordinate activities of a small group of software developers in the execution of a project
With this you convince us
- Engineering degree in software, electronics or aeronautical engineering and at least (5) years of experience in both
front-end and back-end software development for cross-platform applications such as Windows, Linux, Web
- Experience leading software development projects and guiding small project teams in software implementation
activities
- Experience with front-end development using JavaScript, HTML5 for web applications, with C++ and C#/.NET for desktop
applications and back-end development, and software version control systems such as Git
- Experience working on ground-based training systems, including computer-based training systems (CBT) and learning
management systems (LMS), as well as familiarity with aircraft avionics and requirement-based software development
standards (e.g., MIL-STD-498, IEEE/EIA 12207) are a plus
- Fluency in English (C1) both spoken and written, additional languages are advantageous
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to work autonomously within agile/Scrum teams and meet deadlines with
minimal supervision; strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset are essential
