In our BiMOS Backend plant in Lenzburg, we manufacture efficient and high-quality power semiconductors for use in
motor control and inverter systems. Our high tech products contribute decisively to making industry, public and
individual transport more energy-efficient and, on the other hand, our technology enables the production and transport
of renewable energies from the production site to the consumer.
Our highly integrated Industry 4.0 fab offers an exciting and challenging work environment for the next Automation

How you’ll make an impact
-
Independently troubleshoot and repair (2nd level support) highly automated, integrated manufacturing equipment in
close cooperation with line control and consultation with shift and production management.

Time and condition-dependent maintenance, servicing and inspection of systems and system components
-
Calibration of plants and plant components and execution of appropriate quality controls of the manufacturing processes
-
Optimize and improve equipment, robotics, and process operations in collaboration with Engineering
-
Ensure comprehensive communication and documentation of work to ensure throughput and consistent manufacturing quality
Your background
-
Completed and certified vocational training as an automation technician, electronics technician or polymechanic incl.
basic electrical engineering training certification

Experience in the field of maintenance and/or automation
-
Knowledge in control engineering, pneumatics as well as robot programming mandatory, certified training in robotics
advantageous

Profound knowledge in standard software (MS-Office)

Good problem-solving skills and ability to take a structured approach to system malfunctions, even under stress and
meeting deadlines

Independent, self-motivated and self-driven approach to work
-
Good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively even within different skill
levels

Willingness to engage in own continuous development and training
-
Willingness to work continuous hours (incl. Saturday & Sunday)

Fluent German (at least C1), knowledge of English (B1)
