Techniker (m/w) Prozessintegration Halbleiter

Your responsibilities

- Active participation in the production and development of semiconductor wafers, particularly in the
Front-End-of-Line area.
- Coordination and integration of new manufacturing process workflows.
- Conducting inspections using light microscopes and scanning electron microscopy (SEM).
- Analyzing and resolving production deviations.
- Continuously improving process workflows and implementing them in work instructions.
- Working with databases for documenting and analyzing production data.

Your profile

- Solid technical education, ideally completed higher technical school or an apprenticeship with relevant professional
experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
- Experience in applying inspection techniques.
- Proficiency in detecting, analyzing, and resolving errors.
- Independent work style and the ability to drive innovative approaches within a team.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with various internal stakeholders.
- Competence in programming and experience with CAD software for mask design are desirable.
