Project Manager for Fastening System Developments (m/f/x)

Job reference: WD-0034731 What's the role? Our direct fastening systems include high-powered cordless tools and
accessories. Use them to fasten into steel, concrete, sand-lime block and masonry. As a Project Manager you are the CEO
of your project team. You drive development and market introduction of new products from definition to market success.

this role you have a global impact in driving new product development projects. You lead an interdisciplinary team,
partner with various stakeholders across the globe and manage projects from the initial definition until the launching
of the product to the relevant markets. You secure achievement of project targets in regard to product value
proposition, quality, timeline, product costs and budget. You’ll work with some of the industry’s most trusted and

need is:
- You bring a master’s degree in engineering or similar, MBA or experience in business environment is a plus
- You have at least 3 years of work experience, ideally with a proven track record in management of complex projects
in a technical environment
- You bring the ability to connected thinking, good presentation and communication skills
- Hands-on personality, you enjoy motivating others and drive a team
- You are fluent in English, other languages are beneficial
